Shipping Policy

(1) Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 1-4 business days from the following Monday.

All orders are shipped with ground shipping (5-7 business days) via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed once an order has shipped. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow extra days for tracking updates and final delivery..

At this time, we are only able to ship to customers within the US. However, we hope to offer matcha freak products internationally in the future and will keep our community updated!

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the puchaser.
