The base is composed of organic spearmint that we source from Oshala Farm in Grants Pass Oregon. This naturally soothes your stomach and nervous system. Paired with astralagus root, orange peel, ashwagandha, elecampane and burdock root — this potent herbal blend tea is meant to comfort, support, and reinforce your immune system with complex minerals and vitamins.

We love to make hot tea and then use the steeped herbs in a cold infusion iced tea. Just add filtered cold water to the herbs in a mason jar and allow them to soak over night. This allows the dense root herbs to pass along all of their medicine.
