1. Sift 2g SOGEN Matcha 🌱
2. Pour 2oz. 170 F water 💧
3. Whisk to paste ⚡️
4. Add 5 oz 170 water. Whisk while adding. Allowing matcha to integrate as water is added.
5. Drink as is. Pure & Delicious.
After tasting it with just water, we like adding 1-2 oz milk (cold or steamed) to really showcase the honeysuckle sweetness 💚
